The next set of terms, conditions, and notices ("Terms") apply to all you use and access Carrier Network and related websites, platforms, and mobile applications ("Site").
All-access and use of this Site are subject to these Terms. You should carefully read these terms and conditions. This website is prohibited if you do not agree to all of the Terms.
Be sure to review these Terms periodically to ensure that they remain up-to-date. The Terms or any additional terms applicable to this Site may change from time to time due to changes in law or the Site itself. The notice of material changes to these Terms will either be emailed to you or posted prominently on this page. A change will not apply retroactively and must be posted fourteen days before becoming effective. Changes to this Site that address new features or functions or changes made for legal reasons will take effect immediately. Do not use this Site if you disagree with the modified Terms.
"We," "us," and "our" refer to Carrier Network a limited liability company. This Site is intended for use by individuals who visit this Site, access this Site through an Account, and/or contribute content. By accessing or using this Site on behalf of a business, you acknowledge the business's acceptance of these Terms.
Site Use
Your use of this Site is conditional upon your agreement to the following:
- You warrant that all information you provide on this Site is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- Make sure your Carrier Network account information is secure.
- Supervise the use of your account by others.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
It is Carrier Network's policy not to collect information from anyone under the age of 18 knowingly. Regardless of whether these Terms have been violated, you may restrict access to this Site and its content at any time.
This Site contains reviews, including endorsements of third-party motor carriers, freight service providers, and vendors. These opinions do not reflect Carrier Network's opinion but rather those of third-party motor carriers or freight service providers.
Visitors to this Site may receive incentives (such as gift cards) from Carrier Network from time to time. Regardless of whether the review is positive or negative, incentives are available.
FMABC A DATA
A motor carrier insurance coverage policy will be maintained on the Site following the information provided to us by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration ("FMABC A"), as well as limits on bodily injury and property damage, cargo insurance policies, and coverages, insurance company names, and contact information.
Carrier Network and the Site merely reproduce the information in a readily accessible and user-friendly format supplied to Carrier Network and maintained by the FMABC A. Despite Carrier Network's best efforts to ensure that the information on the Site is current and accurate, Carrier Network has not independently sought verification from any carrier, broker, freight forwarder, or insurance company. You are solely responsible for including and reproducing all information and FMABC A Data on the Site and obtaining it through its use.
Prohibited activities
This Site contains content, information, data, photos, video, maps, icons, software, code, and other proprietary materials. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, these content and information are our exclusive property, as are the infrastructures used to provide them. If you get content or information from this site, you can't make copies, publish, distribute, transmit, show, perform, reproduce, advertise, license, transfer, or sell it.
Furthermore, you agree to avoid from:
- Any commercial use of the Site or its contents requires our express written permission;
- Any use of spiders, scrapers, or other automated or manual means to access or monitor this Site without our express written permission is prohibited;
- Actions that might cause our infrastructure to be overburdened or to experience an unreasonable or disproportionate load;
- We do not authorize any deep-linking to any part of this Site without our express written consent;
- The use of this Site may not be framed, mirrored, or otherwise incorporated into other websites or mobile applications without our prior written consent;
- Modifying, translating, adapting, editing, decompiling, disassembling, or exploiting any software used on Carrier Network's site;
- Give feedback on your current employer's products or services or those of its direct competitors;
Reviewing, commenting, and using other interactive areas
Your feedback is much appreciated. You can post reviews of experiences with technologies and services on this Site through various forums or post or link to other materials, such as messages, videos, or other files (collectively, "Interactive Areas"). Carrier Network will make such Interactive Areas available to you (either through your registered Account or otherwise), but it is your responsibility to use them.
This Site's Interactive Areas prohibit you from posting, linking, uploading, sending, distributing, storing, creating, or otherwise publishing anything that includes:
- The content that constitutes, encourages, or provides instructions for criminal activity, violates the rights of others, creates liability, or violates any local, state, national, or international law, including, but not limited to, U.S. regulations. Regulations and procedures of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or exchanges like the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the American Stock Exchange, or the New York Stock Exchange (NASDAQ);
- Patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other intellectual or proprietary rights of any party may be infringed or misappropriated by content.
- The content must not impersonate or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with anybody or anything, including Carrier Network;
- Promoting, campaigning, advertising, contests, raffles, or soliciting without the owner's consent;
- Any information relating to a third party, including, without limitation, the third party's name, address, phone number, email address, Social Security number, financial information, and credit card information;
- Infections with viruses, corrupted data, or other destructive, disruptive, or disruptive files;
- An interactive area(s) that has unrelated content; or an interactive area(s) that contains entirely unrelated content;
Carrier Network assumes no responsibility for the content you or any third party post, store, or upload, including any loss or damage you may suffer from it, or for any omissions, falsehoods, obscenities, pornography, or profanity. The Carrier Network is not responsible for errors, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography, or profanity. The Carrier Network Interactive Areas and public forums provide a venue for users to post statements, representations, and content.
Assuring your indemnity
Carrier Network, its affiliates, licensees, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents will be defended and indemnified if any lawsuit, claim, cause of action, demand, or reimbursement. If a third party brings a claim for loss, damage, fines, penalties, liabilities, or any other cost or expense, including but not limited to legal and accounting fees, it will result in:
- If you violate these Terms or any of their references,
- Infringement of a third party's rights or law;
- It is your responsibility to use this site responsibly.
- Sites linked to third parties
This Site may contain hyperlinks to websites or platforms operated by other parties than Carrier Network. Links to such websites are provided solely for your information. In neither case are we responsible for the content of such websites or platforms or their privacy policies or practices? Moreover, you are responsible for verifying that all links and software (whether from this Site or other websites) do not contain harmful items such as viruses, worms, trojan horses, or defects. Including hyperlinks to such websites or platforms does not imply endorsement by us or any association with the operators of those websites or platforms.
Occasionally, third-party sites, platforms, and mobile applications (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) may ask you to link your profile on this Site with one on their site. If you wish, you can disable information linking at any time (with the third-party site, platform, or application).

Further, all headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts on this Site are Carrier Network's service marks, trademarks, and trade dresses. You may not copy, imitate, or use any of them, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Carrier Network. This site contains trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, and company names or logos their owners own. Carrier Network does not endorse, sponsor, or recommend any particular products, services, processes, or other information by their trade names, trademarks, manufacturers, suppliers, or otherwise.

General
It is owned and operated by a U.S. company, and the Terms are governed by U.S. law. If any disputes arising from using this Site arise or relate to its use, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Cook County, Illinois, USA. You will be treated fairly and conveniently in such courts, except when otherwise specified in our Privacy Statement. If you have a claim against ABC arising from or relating to this Site, you agree to have the claim heard and resolved in a court located in Illinois having jurisdiction over the subject matter unless it is otherwise expressly stated in our privacy statement. Any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms is prohibited from using this Site.
Carrier Network and affiliates do not have a joint venture, agency, partnership, or employment relationship with you due to these Terms.
The performance of these Terms depends on laws and legal processes. We don't see any reason why these Terms should limit our ability to comply with requests or requirements issued by law enforcement or other government or legal authorities regarding your use of this Site. As long as applicable law allows, none of your claims or causes of action related to your use of this Site are entitled to be brought beyond two (2) years after the arousal or accrual of the claim. As a result, you waive such claims or causes of action forever.
The warranties disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above will be considered invalid or unenforceable if any part of these Terms is determined invalid or unenforceable under applicable law. This Agreement will be deemed superseded by any valid, legally enforceable provision that most closely matches the original provision; the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
A fictitious name for a company, product, person, character, or data appearing on this Site does not represent a real person, company, product, or event. Except as expressly stated herein, all rights are reserved.
